RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you change your mind about a product purchased online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, except where an exemption provided by applicable law applies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@matana.lt and include your order number.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the item back within 14 days.

RETURN CONDITION
You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Returned items must be packed securely to prevent damage during transport.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Where required by applicable law, MATANA will cover the appropriate return or replacement costs.
REFUNDS
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due to you no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
When exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal, the cost of our standard initial delivery method will also be refunded.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery service, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
MADE-TO-ORDER & PERSONALISED ITEMS
The 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to products made according to the buyer’s individual specifications or products that are clearly personalised, where the relevant legal exemption applies.
The fact that a standard MATANA product is produced only after an order is placed does not by itself mean that the product cannot be returned.
SALE ITEMS
Purchasing an item at a discounted or sale price does not by itself remove the statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
The same withdrawal rules apply unless another legal exemption applies.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@matana.lt.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different item, please contact us.
In most cases, the simplest option is to return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the preferred product.
